Returns and Exchanges
MONGOBOARDS understands that sometimes when ordering online we don't always get what we want, but in the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please email us at email@example.com and include the below details:
- Name of Customer
- Invoice Number
- Reason for Return or Exchange
- Customer Details
MONGOBOARDS requires that all product purchased online shall be sent back exactly as it was sent to you. Check below for examples of what is acceptable and what isn't:
- Stand up paddle boards must be returned without being used.
- All Paddles must be returned unused
- Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.
Defective Product MONGOBOARDS wants every experience online to be fantastic. Product is deemed defective either from the manufacturer or Mongoboards. All products should be shipped back to Mongoboards where our quality control department will examine it and do the following: Consider it defective through Mongoboards standards, and immediately ship your replacement or refund your money.
*This will void out any acceptable return to mongoboards.
***Note: Any items sent back that do not abide by these guidelines will either be sent back to the customer or will be issued Mongoboards store credit, at Mongoboard's discretion. All Returns and Exchanges must be submitted within 45 days of the Invoice date. Returns and Exchanges received after 45 days may also be returned to the customer or issued store credit, at the discretion of Mongoboards.
