Our love for SUP all started in Far North Queensland where Mongoboards began. After a move to the Northern Rivers we have used the water from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay to evolve our business.  

We are a family owned business and when you make contact with us you will speak to either Mick or Alice. We have been in the industry for 7 years and have a firm understanding of the right board for the right person, you can therefore have confidence that the board that you purchase will be the right board for you.

When we started mongoboards we had a range of 4 boards in 5 sizes, we now proudly boast a range of 13 different styles including full carbon surf & down winders a collection of epoxy wood sandwich surf & downwinders and of course our all round selection that includes the increasingly popular classic collection 'Black Rock' and 'Snapper' boards that have featured on Channel 7s morning show and also used in the filming of a popular US series 'The Camp'

Mongoboards have been in many different styles, shapes and sizes and through this we have come up with a high quality, high performance board.

Stand Up Paddling is becoming a very popular sport in many forms, racing, flat and surf. No matter where you are paddling you will be under going a strong core workout. Sup is an ancient form of surfing which has come back around with it Hawaiian heritage promoting strength, fitness and balance.
